We offer Purolator Same-Day Pickup services for physical impressions. To schedule a pickup, please contact us via email, phone, or text.
Digital Impressions
3Shape Trios
Open your web browser and navigate to us.3shapecommunicate.com.
Search for "VR DentalCAD Studio" by entering our email address: vrdentalcad@gmail.com in the search bar.
Connect with VR DentalCAD Studio as your preferred lab.
Once connected, select "VR DentalCAD Studio" as the lab when sending files for processing.
Carestream
Open Carestream Connect on your scanner.
Search for "VR DentalCAD Studio" in the lab directory.
Add "VR DentalCAD Studio" to your list of connected labs.
When submitting scans, select "VR DentalCAD Studio" and submit the scans as raw .stl files.
Dentsply Sirona
Create or log in to your CEREC Connect account.
In the search box for "Company Name," type "VR DentalCAD Studio."
Click "FIND" to search for our lab.
Once found, check the box to the bottom left for "VR DentalCAD Studio."
Click "ADD" to complete the registration and connect with us.
DS Core
Log in to your DS Core account.
Under your profile, click on "Practice."
Select "Preferred Labs," then click "+ Add Preferred Lab."
In the search box, search for "VR DentalCAD Studio."
Click "Add" to complete the connection.
Dexis Connect
On your scanner, select "DEXIS CONNECT."
In the search bar, search for "VR DentalCAD Studio" or enter our email: vrdentalcad@gmail.com.
Select VR DentalCAD Studio to connect with our lab.
iTero
Call iTero support at 1-800-577-8767.
Select option 1, then select option 1 again when prompted.
Request that "VR DentalCAD Studio" be added to your scanner.
Provide our iTero ID: 247040.
On your scanner, go to settings and select "Sync Configuration" to complete the setup.
