Send complete upper and lower scans or impressions, a bite record and the appliance prescription.
We review scan quality, arch coverage, occlusion, undercuts and the requested material and thickness.
The appliance is digitally designed or formed according to the selected material and prescribed clinical requirements.
Margins, surfaces and overall appliance quality are inspected, finished and polished before delivery.
PATIENT-SPECIFIC DESIGN
Every appliance is fabricated from the records supplied by the dental office. Design parameters can be customized according to the prescription.
Appliance borders are designed around the submitted anatomy, coverage and prescribed extension.
The opposing arch and bite record are used to develop the requested contact scheme and available clearance.
Material type and thickness are selected according to the prescription and intended appliance function.
Borders are refined and polished to provide a clean, comfortable appliance finish.
