  • Business Contact Information: Name, clinic address, email, and phone number of our Clinical Partners.

  • Payment Information: Billing details for invoicing and transaction processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for:

  • Designing and fabricating custom dental prosthetics (Crowns, Bridges, Implants, Nightguards).

  • Communicating with dental clinics regarding specific cases.

  • Managing accounts, billing, and clinical-to-patient matching/referrals.

  • Improving our CAD/CAM design workflows and quality control.

  • Internal Access: Access to clinical data is restricted to authorized laboratory technicians and CAD designers involved in fabrication.

  • Secure Servers: Digital files (STL, PLY, etc.) are stored on encrypted, secure servers with restricted access.

  • Transmission: We encourage the use of secure digital platforms (iTero, Medit, 3Shape, etc.) for transmitting clinical data to ensure end-to-end encryption.

  • Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary for production, warranty fulfillment, and professional record-keeping requirements.

5. Patient Matching & Referrals

Our patient matching system connects patients with our partner dentists. When a patient submits a request through our website, we only share their contact information with the specific partner dentist for the purpose of scheduling a consultation.

6. Your Rights and Access

Clinical partners (Dentists) have the right to:

  • Access and review the data they have provided.

  • Request the correction of any inaccurate clinical information.

  • Inquire about our data storage and security protocols.

7. Changes to This Policy
