One Indexed Foundation, Multiple Surgical Stages

Stackable guide systems are designed as a coordinated set. The exact components depend on the clinical plan, available support, need for bone reduction and immediate provisionalization.

Establishes the indexed position of the system and may be stabilized using teeth, tissue, bone or fixation pins.

Bone Reduction Guide

Defines the prescribed reduction level when restorative space or bone contour modification is part of the approved plan.

Implant Surgical Guide

Indexes onto the foundation and guides the planned implant positions, angulations and surgical kit components.

Provisional Index

Helps position the immediate provisional restoration relative to the indexed guide system and planned restorative position.

Send the complete scan series, not screenshots or a viewer-only file.

Full-arch surface scan

Include sufficient teeth, tissue or anatomy for reliable alignment.

Opposing arch and bite

Required when restorative setup and occlusal space are being evaluated.

Implant system and surgical kit

Specify the exact guided kit, sleeve and drilling protocol.

Planned implant sites

Provide tooth numbers, implant dimensions and proposed restoration.

Approved restorative setup

Include the intended tooth position for prosthetically driven cases.
