Do you require a verification jig?

A verification step is strongly recommended when implant position accuracy has not already been validated through an accepted photogrammetry workflow.

Can the PMMA prototype be skipped?

Skipping the prototype removes an important opportunity to verify esthetics, phonetics, occlusion, VDO, hygiene contour and patient acceptance before final fabrication.

Can you work from photogrammetry?

Yes. Submit the photogrammetry records together with full-arch scans, bite records, implant system information and all required esthetic records.

Is the final zirconia always made on a titanium bar?

This page describes the titanium-bar-supported workflow. Final design and material selection remain case dependent and must be prescribed by the clinician.

Can you make an immediate-load provisional?

Immediate-load provisional workflows may be supported when complete surgical, restorative and implant-position records are available.

What happens after the prototype is approved?

The approved prototype is used as the restorative reference for the titanium bar and definitive zirconia design.

Clinical responsibility: The prescribing clinician is responsible for diagnosis, implant and component selection, verification of fit, clinical torque, occlusal adjustment, maintenance planning and all treatment decisions.
