FULL-ARCH WORKFLOW
Each stage is intended to verify implant position, restorative space, tooth position, esthetics, phonetics, occlusion and passive fit before the final restoration is completed.

Capture the implant or multi-unit abutment positions using a validated photogrammetry or conventional impression workflow.
Confirm the master implant relationship before proceeding to the prototype and definitive framework.
Evaluate fit, tooth position, smile design, esthetics, phonetics, lip support, VDO and occlusion.
Mill the titanium substructure according to the approved prototype and available restorative space.
Complete the definitive zirconia restoration with individualized tooth and gingival characterization.
TITANIUM SUBSTRUCTURE
The titanium substructure provides a rigid restorative foundation and allows the zirconia superstructure to be designed around the approved prototype and the available prosthetic space.
Fit is supported by accurate implant records, verification and a staged restorative sequence.
Titanium provides a durable substructure for long-span full-arch zirconia restorations.
The restorative design may be planned to improve serviceability and long-term maintenance when space allows.
The bar and zirconia contours are coordinated to preserve material thickness and cleansable intaglio geometry.
RESTORATIVE PHASES
The prototype is not simply a temporary restoration. It is the clinical reference used to validate the definitive design.
Confirms the accuracy of the implant or multi-unit abutment relationship before definitive fabrication.
Confirms tooth position, midline, smile arc, phonetics, VDO, occlusion and tissue support.
Confirms bar design, screw-channel positions, restorative clearance and the relationship to the approved prototype.
Final zirconia is completed with prescribed shade, surface texture, translucency and gingival characterization.

Full-arch cases require more than implant positions alone. Submit all records needed to reproduce the approved clinical relationship.
PMMA PROTOTYPE CHECKLIST
Written approval should confirm the clinical design before the definitive titanium bar and zirconia restoration are completed.
The prototype seats completely without rocking or visible discrepancy.
Midline, incisal edge position and arch form are clinically approved.
VDO and facial support are accepted by the clinician and patient.
Speech sounds and incisal position are evaluated clinically.
Centric contacts and excursive relationships are adjusted and approved.
Smile arc, tooth display, buccal corridor and gingival transition are approved.
Intaglio contour and cleansability are evaluated before finalization.
All requested changes are documented before definitive fabrication.
