STRUCTURED WORKFLOW
Denture workflows vary by case. Complex and complete denture cases may require multiple verification stages before final processing.
Send impressions or digital scans, bite records, prescription, photographs and existing prosthesis records when available.
We review the arches, restorative space, bite, support and requested appliance before production begins.
Tooth arrangement, base contour and occlusion are developed. A wax or prototype try-in may be recommended for verification.
The approved appliance is processed, finished, polished and inspected before packaging and delivery.
FLEXIBLE CASE SUBMISSION
Digital scans can support selected removable workflows, while physical impressions and models remain appropriate when tissue capture, border-moulding or conventional records are required.
Submit full-arch scans, bite records, photographs and the completed prescription through your scanner platform.
Request a pickup when conventional impressions, functional records, models or existing appliances need to be sent to the laboratory.
CASE SUBMISSION CHECKLIST
Complete records help reduce delays and allow the laboratory to follow the prescribed tooth arrangement, bite and esthetic objectives.
Provide accurate scans, impressions or master models.
Include a stable bite record at the prescribed vertical dimension.
Specify appliance type, design, material and required stages.
Provide tooth shade, mould preference and gingival shade when needed.
Include smile, facial and midline references for esthetic cases.
Useful when established tooth position or vertical dimension should be copied.
Tooth position, arch form and esthetic references are developed from the submitted records and approved prescription.
Try-in stages can confirm esthetics, phonetics, bite and tooth arrangement before the final appliance is completed.
