APPLIANCE SELECTION

Quick Denture Comparison

This guide provides a general overview. Final design and material selection should follow the clinical assessment and prescription.

Appliance Typical Role Main Advantage Consideration
Acrylic Flipper Interim replacement Simple and economical Designed primarily for temporary use
Acrylic Partial Multiple missing teeth Economical and modifiable Bulkier than a cast framework
Complete Denture Fully edentulous arch Restores full-arch support and appearance Accurate records and try-in verification are important
Cast Partial Definitive partial denture Rigidity, support and stability Requires suitable abutment teeth and design planning
Flexible Partial Selected esthetic partial cases Flexible base and less-visible clasps Relines and repairs can be more limited

Appliance suitability varies by anatomy, occlusion, remaining dentition, tissue support and treatment objectives.

STRUCTURED WORKFLOW

From Clinical Records to Final Delivery

Denture workflows vary by case. Complex and complete denture cases may require multiple verification stages before final processing.

01

Submit Records

Send impressions or digital scans, bite records, prescription, photographs and existing prosthesis records when available.

02

Record Review

We review the arches, restorative space, bite, support and requested appliance before production begins.

03

Design and Try-In

Tooth arrangement, base contour and occlusion are developed. A wax or prototype try-in may be recommended for verification.

04

Finish and QC

The approved appliance is processed, finished, polished and inspected before packaging and delivery.

FLEXIBLE CASE SUBMISSION
